Day of mourning at Jagannath University over Zobayed’s murder

The Jagannath University administration has announced a day of mourning over the death of student Zobayed Hossain. It has also suspended the Jagannath University Day programme scheduled for Tuesday. Vice Chancellor Rezaul Karim said the day of mourning is being observed on campus on Monday, with the university flag at half-mast and everyone wearing black badges. The decision was taken at an emergency meeting of the university authority on Monday.
