Jamaat Chief stresses women's role in nation building | Others

DHAKA, Oct 16, 2025 (BSS) -Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman today said the party wants to elevate the status of women by recognizing them as equal contributors to the nation alongside men, granting them a position of honour and dignity. He made the remarks while addressing a women's gathering as the chief guest at the Police Convention Hall in Mirpur here, organized by the Mirpur-Kafrul region under Dhaka North City (Dhaka-15 constituency) unit of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami.
