NCP will skip July Charter signing unless legal basis is guaranteed, Nahid says

The National Citizen Party (NCP) says it will not attend the July Charter signing ceremony unless it is first informed of the legal basis of the charter and how it will be formalised. NCP Convener Nahid Islam made the announcement at a press conference on Thursday morning at the party’s temporary office in Banglamotor. “The event scheduled for tomorrow is the signing of the July Charter.
