Nahid Islam, Convener of the National Citizen Party (NCP), has said that signing the July Charter without a legal basis would be meaningless. He stated that the party would not take part in the signing event until such assurances are confirmed. He made these remarks at a press conference held at the party’s temporary office in Bangla Motor, Dhaka, on Thursday morning (October 16).
