NCP asks for ‘clear implementation roadmap’ before July Charter is signed

The National Citizen Party Member Secretary Akhtar Hossain has said that the July National Charter can only be implemented properly if everything is “made clear” to the nation before it is signed, “fulfilling all expectations”.
