Top terror Subrata Bain, 3 others indicted in arms case | Others

DHAKA, Oct 15, 2025 (BSS) - A court here today framed charges against four including top terror and 'seven star' syndicate kingpin Subrata Bain, his close associate Molla Masud in an arms case filed with the capital's Hatirjheel Police Station. The other two accused are underworld shooters Md Arafat Ibn Masud and MAS Sharif. Judge Fahmida Jahangir of Dhaka Special Tribunal-15 passed the order and set November 16 for start recording the depositions of the witnesses, bench assistant Tanjil Hossain Bhuiyan told BSS. Detective Branch (DB) inspector Aminul Islam on July 13, 2025, had filed charge sheet in the case.
