Jamaat Ameer visits Mirpur fire site | Others

DHAKA, Oct 15, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman on Tuesday night visited the RMG factory and chemical warehouse in Sialbari, Mirpur, which were damaged in a fire that has so far claimed 16 lives. Dr. Shafiqur inspected the affected sites and inquired about the condition of the deceased and injured. He announced a grant of Tk one lakh for each family of the deceased. The Jamaat Ameer expressed his profound sympathy to the bereaved and injured family members, saying, "It is our human duty to stand by the families affected by this accident."
