CHATTOGRAM, Oct 14, 2025 (BSS) - Chattogram Divisional Commissioner Dr. Md. Ziauddin today said that problems related to weights and measurements are not unique to Bangladesh but are a global challenge that affects business, health, and the environment. He made the remarks while addressing a discussion meeting as the chief guest, organized by the Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) at its Chattogram Divisional Office on the occasion of World Standards Day. This year's theme for World Standards Day was "Standards for building a sustainable and developed world through coordinated efforts."
