Govt distributes livestock among small ethnic groups in Netrokona | District

NETROKONA, Oct 14, 2025 (BSS) – The government today distributed goats among small ethnic group of people to improve the socio-economic and living standards of the backward people living in the plain land of Sadar upazila. Under the Integrated Livestock Development Project, 11 farmers received two goats each. Upazila Livestock Officer Dr. Arifa Parvin Ripa distributed the cattle among the small ethnic group of people living in the plain land of Challisha, Rouha and Maugati unions of Sadar upazila this afternoon at a function organised by Sadar Upazila Livestock Department and Veterinary Hospital.
