EC appoints authority to revise draft voter list | Others

DHAKA, Oct 13, 2025 (BSS) – The Election Commission (EC) has appointed a revising authority to dispose of the petitions about claim, objection and correction in the draft voter list ahead of the 13th parliamentary election. A notification to this end, signed by deputy secretary of EC Secretariat, Md Rafiqul Islam was issued today. It mentioned that the designation of the officer appointed as revising authority in 64 districts and cantonment areas and the area or jurisdiction designated for the correction authority in the notification.
