Action against policemen for biased role in general elections: DMP  | News

DHAKA, Oct 13, 2025 (BSS) – Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner SM Sazzat Ali today said tougher departmental action would be taken against the police personnel who will play a biased role in the upcoming parliamentary election. “If any policeman is found playing a biased role in the upcoming general election will have to face the music,” he said. He was addressing at the DMP's monthly crime review meeting held at the Bangladesh Police Auditorium here .
