59,859 people register for Hajj 2026 | News

DHAKA, Oct 13, 2025 (BSS) – As per the Saudi government’s Hajj roadmap, a total of 59,859 people, including guides, have so far completed their registration for performing Hajj next year, an official of the Hajj Office said. According to the Hajj Office, analysis of the e-Hajj system shows that a large number of pre-registered pilgrims are waiting under private management. It said the Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB) has been requested to inform the Director of the Hajj Office in Ashkona, Dhaka, by 5 pm today about the number of pilgrims without vouchers.
