The Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) has unveiled the cause behind a farmer’s death in Rangamati, five months after he went missing. The PBI Chattogram shared the details of the incident on Sunday. According to the PBI, the farmer’s wife Kohinur Akhter killed Didarul Alam by suffocating him after mixing sleeping pills in his milk when he discovered her extramarital affair. With her lover’s help, she later disposed of the body. Didarul, 38, from West Kodala village in Rangamati’s Kaptai Upazila, had been missing for about five months before the PBI uncovered the case.
