About 49 lakh children to get typhoid vaccines in Rangpur    | District

RANGPUR, Oct 12, 2025 (BSS) – Divisional Commissioner Md Shahidul Islam here today said about 49-lakh children, aged nine months to 15 years, will be administered typhoid vaccines in Rangpur division during the month-long campaign.“It is crucial to protect the children’s health. Typhoid fever can be prevented by taking a single dose of typhoid vaccine,” he said while inaugurating the Typhoid Conjugate Vaccine (TCV) campaign in Rangpur division at Zila School ground as the chief guest.
