Jamaat seeks Germany's cooperation for free, fair, credible polls | Others

DHAKA, Oct 12, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami today urged Germany to extend cooperation and technical assistance to help ensure a free, fair and credible national election, underscoring the significance of it for the country's future. Jamaat Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman made the call when German Ambassador to Bangladesh Dr Rdiger Lotz paid a courtesy call on him and had a breakfast meeting at the Jamaat Ameer's Office at 9am in the capital's Bashundhara.
