Rajshahi University professor killed after truck rams motorcyle

A Rajshahi University professor has died and another has been injured after their motorcycle collided with a truck in Rajshahi's Paba Upazila. The accident took place around 6:30am on Friday in the Nowhata area, according to Monirul Islam, chief of Paba Police Station. Prof Shib Shankar Roy, a faculty member of the university’s Marketing Department, was killed in the collision. Meanwhile, Prof Asaduzzaman from the Philosophy Department is being treated at Rajshahi Medical College Hospital (RMCH).
