KAPTAI, Rangamati, Oct 10, 2025 (BSS) - A unique and historic mosque located in the Kaptai area of the district is drawing attention not only for its striking beauty but also for its precarious need for renovation. This ancient, traditional mosque, situated amidst green hills and various trees, is the country's only entirely pillarless structure. The mosque, often referred to locally as the 'Big Mosque' was constructed in 1966.
