DHAKA, Oct 9, 2025 (BSS) – The Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) has issued a set of directives to all its offices and airports across the country to enhance cyber security and remain alert against potential cyber-attacks targeting aviation systems. In a circular signed by Air Commodore Abu Sayeed Md Mabroor Khan, Member (Operations and Planning), CAAB urged all concerned to maintain heightened vigilance following reports of cyber-attacks on foreign airports. The directive called for immediate implementation of preventive measures to safeguard Bangladesh’s aviation network from possible threats.
