Germany views Bangladesh as potential investment destination: Amir Khasru | Others

DHAKA, Oct 9, 2025 (BSS) - BNP Standing Committee Member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury today said Germany views Bangladesh as a potential destination for future investment. "Germany considers Bangladesh a promising country for investment. However, a stable political environment and a government formed through an acceptable election are essential for attracting foreign investment," he said. He made the remarks at a press conference at the BNP Chairperson's office in Gulshan following a meeting with the newly appointed German Ambassador to Bangladesh Dr Rdiger Lotz.
