US Navy ship arrives on 3-day goodwill visit in Bangladesh  | Others

CHATTOGRAM, Oct 8, 2025 (BSS) - The US Navy ship USS FITZGERALD arrived here today on a three-day goodwill visit. On its arrival, Bangladesh Navy ship Banoza Abu Ubaidah welcomed the visiting ship, said a release of Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Directorate this afternoon. The naval officers exchanged greetings and good wishes with the officers of the visiting ship. Through this visit, the members of the navies of the two countries will get the opportunity to exchange professional knowledge, experience and skills, it said. Through doing these kinds of mutual activities and professional excellence, mutual understanding would enhance between the navy members of both the countries and also create an effective platform for exchange of experience and skills as well....
