2 killed in Magura road accident | District

MAGURA, Oct 7, 2025 (BSS) - Two people were killed and another sustained serious injuries in a collision between a motorcycle and a Nosimon (locally made three-wheeler) near Talkhari Bazar in Shalikha upazila of Magura on Tuesday evening. The deceased were identified as Abu Huraira, 21, son of Bakar Biswas of Patharghata village under Talkhari Union and a pedestrian whose identity could not be confirmed immediately. Local sources said the accident occurred around 7:30 pm when the motorcycle collided head-on with a Nosimon near Talkhari Bazar. The impact caused the Nosimon to overturn and fall on a pedestrian standing by the roadside, killing both the pedestrian and one of the motorcyclists on the spot.
