DHAKA, Oct 7, 2025 (BSS) - The sacrifice of BUET student Abrar Fahad and the martyrs of the July uprising must serve as a guiding force for Bangladesh's youth, Information and Broadcasting Adviser Md Mahfuj Alam said today, calling for a renewed commitment to society, institutions, and the nation's moral values. "If we truly wish to uphold the ideals for which Abrar and the martyrs of July laid down their lives-if we want to defeat imperialism, aggression, and neo-colonial domination-then we must prepare ourselves, our society, and our country," he said.
