MOSCOW, Oct 7, 2025 (BSS/AFP) - Authorities in the remote Russian region of Tyumen said they had "neutralised" unidentified drones that media reports suggested were Ukrainian, in what would be one of Kyiv's deepest strikes. Local media reports said the drones were targeting a large refinery in the oil-rich Siberian region. "Three UAVs were detected and neutralised on the territory of an enterprise in the Antipino district of Tyumen," the regional government said late Monday, without identifying the origin of the drones or elaborating on what the enterprise was.
