The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) election has unfolded as expected, with no surprises in the race for the board’s top positions, as Aminul Islam Bulbul secured the position of president unopposed. Having first assumed the role unopposed on May 30 after his nomination by the National Sports Council, Bulbul was elected as a director of the board without contest in Monday's election as the Dhaka Division Sports Council representative.
