Aminul Islam Bulbul has been unanimously elected as the 20th President of the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), with all 25 newly elected directors supporting his candidacy and no opposition put forward. As widely expected, Bulbul faced no rival for the presidency and was formally confirmed in the role during the board’s inaugural meeting at Hotel Sonargaon Pan Pacific on Monday evening. The appointments of the two vice-presidents were also uncontested.
