KHULNA, Oct 6, 2025 (BSS) - Police have arrested Aklima Khatun Tuli, president of Rupsha Upazila Unit of Jubo Mohila League, from her residence in the Singher Char area under Noihati Union. She was detained early Monday on charges of attempting to reorganize a banned political group and running online campaigns in support of the Awami League despite restrictions on its political activities, confirmed Mohammad Mahfuzur Rahman, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Rupsha Police Station.
