London Bangla Press Club Football tournament held in London | Sports

DHAKA, Oct 6, 2025 (BSS)- Channel SK emerged as champions in the traditional London Bangla Press Club Football tournament beating One Bangla Friends United by 4-3 goals in penalty shootout held in East London Stepney Green football ground on Sunday last. After the match, the prize distribution ceremony was held in a festive atmosphere. Anwar Aldeen, chairman of the board of directors of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) and joint editor of Dainik Ittefaq, was the chief guest in the prize distribution ceremony, presided over by London Bangla Press Club president Md Jubayer and conducted by its general secretary Taisir Mahmud.
