Man to die for killing wife, two daughters in Jashore | District

JASHORE, Oct 6, 2025 (BSS) - A court here today sentenced a man to death for killing his wife and two daughters in Abhaynagar upazila of the district in 2022. Judge of Additional District and Sessions Judge Court-8 Md. Zakir Hossain Tipu delivered the verdict this afternoon, said public prosecutor (PP) of the court Mahabubur Rahman. The convict is Zahirul Islam Babu, son of Mashiur Biswas of Jagannathpur Biswaspara in Jashore Sadar upazila. According to prosecution, Zahirul Islam Babu had a conflict with his wife Sabina Yasmin Bithir, 32, over various issues.
