World Habitat Day on Oct 6 | Others

DHAKA, Oct 4, 2025 (BSS) - World Habitat Day will be observed across the country on October 6 with the theme "Urban Crisis Response." Marking the day, the Ministry of Housing and Public Works has undertaken various programmes, including a discussion to be held at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center at 10 am, said an official handout here today. Housing and Public Works and Industries Adviser Adilur Rahman Khan, Environment, Forest and Climate Change and Water Resources Adviser Syeda Rizwana Hasan and UN Resident Coordinator in Bangladesh, Gwyn Lewis will attend the discussion.
