India says Bangladesh unable to maintain law and order

India on Friday said the interim government of Bangladesh is unable to maintain law and order situation in the country. Responding to a question during the regular media briefing, spokesperson at the Ministry of External Affairs Randhir Jaiswal said Bangladesh should seriously investigate into the actions of extremist groups indulging in violence against minorities in Chattogram Hill Tracts (CHT). He said the government has the habit of trying to shifting the blame elsewhere. The spokesperson said they categorically reject the false and baseless allegations against India.
