Joint forces arrest 69 suspected criminals last week: ISPR | Others

DHAKA, Oct 3, 2025 (BSS) - The defence ministry's inter service public relations directorate (ISPR) today said military-led joint forces in aweeklong nationwide drive arrested 69 crime suspects like identified terrorists, unauthorized arms traders, child traffickers, drug traders andmembers of different banned organisations. "Units under several infantry divisions and independent brigades of Bangladesh Army in coordination with other law enforcement agencies conducted several joint operations in different parts of the country from September 25, 2025 to October 2, 2025," the ISPR said in a statement.The joint forces arrested a total of 69 criminals and recovered 10 firearms, two magazines, three cocktails, 27 rounds of various types of ammunition and various types of sharp weapons used in terrorist activities from theirpossession....
