Manna’s no objection if NCP gets 'Water Lily'

Nagarik Oikya President Mahmudur Rahman Manna on Thursday, October 2, said he has no objection if the Election Commission (EC) allocates electoral symbol 'Water Lily' to the National Citizen Party (NCP). “If the symbol is not given to me for being a national symbol, the Election Commission cannot allocate it to other,” Manna wrote in a post on his Facebook ID. "However, I will not file any case if they (NCP) are given the Water Lily symbol considering their contribution to the Mass Uprising and toppling Sheikh Hasina's fascism," he added.
