RANGAMATI, Oct 2, 2025 (BSS) - Brigadier General Mohammad Nazmul Haque, commander of the Rangamati region, said that peaceful coexistence is a significant characteristic of Bangladeshi culture. “Unity, not division, is the nation's strength. In Bangladesh, people stand by one another, sharing joy during festivals, regardless of religion or caste,” he said. The commander made the remarks while talking to reporters after inspecting the Puja Mandap at the Tabalchhari Raksha Kali Temple in the district.
