Three die as passenger bus overturns in Feni

Three people have died and at least 12 others were injured after a passenger bus veered out of control and overturned in Feni’s Daganbhuiyan Upazila. The accident occurred around 11am on Thursday on the Feni-Noakhali Highway near Silonia, said Mohipal Highway Police Station chief Harunur Rashid. Among the deceased, two have been identified as Daganbhuiyan residents Md Shraban, 20, who was an autorickshaw driver, and Shamim Ara Begum, 50. The identity of the third victim has yet to be determined. One of the injured has been sent to Chattogram Medical College Hospital for advanced treatment.
