Two suspects arrested in Mymensingh over alleged rape of Garo teenager

Police have arrested two individuals, including a battery-powered rickshaw driver, for the alleged rape of a Garo teenager in Mymensingh’s Haluaghat. The arrestees are Abul Bashar, 22, and his accomplice Md Milon Mia, 21, Haluaghat Police chief Md Hafizul Islam Harun said on Wednesday, adding that Abul was detained earlier in the day and Milon on Tuesday night. The victim's mother filed the case on Tuesday evening.
