Jamaat announces programmes to press 5-point demand | News

DHAKA, Sept 30, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami today announced fresh programmes to press home its 5-point demand, including holding the next national election in February on the basis of the July National Charter. Party Secretary General and former lawmaker Professor Mia Golam Parwar made the announcement at a press conference held at the capital's Moghbazar Al-Falah Auditorium this afternoon. The event was conducted by Assistant Secretary General and Chief of the Central Publicity and Media Department Advocate Ehsanul Mahbub Zubair.
