Special meeting held in Manikganj ahead of Durga Puja | District

MANIKGANJ, Sept 30, 2025 (BSS) - A special views-exchange meeting was held yesterday at the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner's office in the district in preparation for the upcoming Sharadiya Durga Puja. Lieutenant General (Retd) Abdul Hafiz, Special Assistant to the Chief Advisor for Defence and National Solidarity Development Affairs, attended the event as the chief guest. During the program, he distributed cheques among Hindu devotees, funded by the Manikganj District Council, as part of the government's support for peaceful and inclusive celebrations.
