Keokradong to open for tourists tomorrow | Tourism

BANDARBAN, Sept 30, 2025 (BSS) - Keokradong, a popular tourist destination in Ruma upazila of Bandarban, will be opened to tourists from October 1. According to a public notice issued on Monday, signed by Deputy Commissioner Shamim Ara Rini, said that the decision was taken following the September 21 meeting of the District Law and Order Maintenance and Coordination Core Committee and in consultation with the Ruma Upazila administration and the Bandarban Region Cantonment. The notice mentioned that tourists will only be allowed to visit officially reopened destinations like Keokradong, while travel to other areas of the upazila will remain restricted due to law and order concerns.
