The investigating officer in the July Uprising-linked crimes against humanity case against ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina and two others is giving testimony for a third day. Md Alamgir once again appeared before the three-member International Crimes Tribunal-1 headed by Justice Md Golam Mortuza Mozumder on Tuesday. Prosecutor Faruk Ahmed said Alamgir is the final witness to testify in the case over the deadly suppression of last year's student-led anti-government protests. "After his statement, the defence lawyer will cross-examine him. This will conclude the testimony phase of the hearing."
