Three private packages announced for 2026 Hajj

Private travel agencies have announced three Hajj packages for next year following the government’s announcement of its official packages. Farid Ahmed Mazumder, secretary general of the Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB), announced the packages at a hotel in Dhaka’s Naya Paltan on Tuesday. Of these, the cost of the special Hajj package, including food and sacrifice, has been set at Tk 750,000. The cost of the general package is Tk 550,00, while the cost of the affordable package has been set at Tk 510,000. The price of the general Hajj package was hiked by Tk 27,000 from last year.
