Sharadiya Cultural Festival to begin at Shilpakala academy tomorrow | News

DHAKA, Sept 29, 2025 (BSS) - The two-day Sharadiya Cultural Festival 2025 will begin on the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy premises tomorrow. The festival is being organized by the Ministry of Cultural Affairs and managed by the Shilpakala Academy, aiming to promote cultural harmony and showcase traditional performances, according to a press release here today. The festival will kick off tomorrow, with a traditional Jatra pala titled "Mahisasur Mardini, Devi Durga", to be staged at the Suhrawardy Udyan Muktamancha from 6:30pm to 9:00pm. The concluding event will take place on Wednesday, October 1, at the Nandan Manch of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy, also from 6:30pm to 9:00pm, featuring a diverse range of cultural performances.
