Campaign to vaccinate 1.72 lakh children against typhoid in Khulna | News

KHULNA, Sept 29, 2025 (BSS) - The Khulna City Corporation (KCC) will vaccinate over 1.72 lakh children as part of the upcoming Typhoid Vaccination Campaign-2025, which will begin on October 12. An advocacy meeting was held on Monday at the City Health Building to discuss preparations for the campaign. KCC Administrator Md Feroz Sarkar attended the meeting as the chief guest. With support from the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF, the event stressed the importance of achieving full vaccination coverage.
