DHAKA, Sept 29, 2025 (BSS) – The River Police is going to launch a 22-day nationwide operation from October 4 to protect the mother Hilsha, according to a press release of the force.Chief of the River Police Additional Inspector General (IGP) Kusum Dewan has announced of launching the operation at a view exchange meeting at the conference room of the River Police Headquarters in the capital.“This operation will continue for 22 days from October 4.
