Health officials report 3 deaths, 735 fresh cases of dengue infection overnight | News

DHAKA, Sept 29, 2025 (BSS) – Health officials today said they recorded 735 fresh cases of dengue onslaughts killing at least three persons in the past 24 hours. “During the period, (of the 735) 116 patients were hospitalised in Barishal division, 98 in Chattogram division, 156 in Dhaka division excluding the capital, 112 in Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) and 95 in Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) areas, 39 in Khulna division, 35 in Mymensingh division, 57 in Rajshahi division, 14 in Rangpur division and four in Sylhet division, a Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) statement said.
