16.7pc growth of remittance inflow till Sept 28 | Business

DHAKA, Sept 29, 2025 (BSS) - The inflow of remittances witnessed a significant year-on-year growth of 16.7 percent through the first 28 days of September. According to the latest data, issued by the Bangladesh Bank (BB) today, the total inflow of remittances reached US$2,465 million during this period. This represents a notable increase compared to the previous year, when the country's remittance inflow stood at $2,113 million during the same time frame.
