DHAKA, Sept 29, 2025 (BSS) – Home Adviser Lieutenant General (Retd) Md. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury today said that the interim government is working to improve the work environment and housing facility of police personnel.He made the remarks while briefing journalists after unveiling the foundation stone of five -- Adabor, Kadamtali, Bhasantek, Ramna and Rampura -- police station buildings of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) on the premises of the old Ramna Police Station Complex in Ramna in the capital, this afternoon.“Working environment of the police stations established in rented houses, specially the accommodation, is poor and located in narrow spaces.
