Former minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun dies

Former industries minister and Narsingdi-4 MP Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun has died. He died at 8:10am on Monday while undergoing treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital, the Department of Prisons said in a statement. Nurul had been admitted to Ward No. 602 of the hospital, it said. He was taken to the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on Sunday when his condition deteriorated. He died there on Monday morning.
