EU polls observing mission meets Jamaat leaders in Dhaka | Others

DHAKA, 28 Sept, 2025 (BSS) - A high-level delegation from the European Union’s Election Observation Mission met with Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman this noon at the latter’s party office in the city’s Bashndhara area. Mette Bakken- Team Leader and Electoral and Political Expert, Manuel Wally- Legal Expert, and Baeiba Zarina- Deputy Head of Delegation of the EU Delegation to Bangladesh were among the EU delegation in the meeting. From Jamaat side, party’s Secretary General and former MP Prof. Mia Golam Parwar, Central Executive Council Member Mobarak Hossain, Dhaka North Medical Thana Ameer Dr. S.M.
