Four more dengue deaths reported, 845 hospitalised in 24 hours

Four more people have died from dengue fever in the past 24 hours, bringing the national death toll this year to 192, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS). During the same period, 845 new dengue cases required hospitalisation. The latest figures were released in a regular dengue update issued on Sunday by the Health Emergency Operation Centre and Control Room under the DGHS. Of the four fatalities reported since Saturday, two occurred in Dhaka North City Corporation and two in Dhaka South City Corporation.
