Equal rights denied for 54 years in absence of Islam: Golam Parwar | Others

KHULNA, Sept 28, 2025 (BSS) - Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami secretary general and former parliament member Mia Golam Parwar has said that Islam ensures dignity for people of all faiths and communities. He stressed that if Islam had been established in state governance, people of all religions, castes, and professions would have enjoyed equal security, honor, and rights. He made the remarks on Saturday evening while visiting various Puja mandaps and exchanging views with Hindu devotees at Raghunathpur and Rangpur unions of Dumuria upazila in Khulna.
